What a shame!
Sam’s has built its brand on serving quality and quite delicious fried and grilled chicken to many a hungry customer, mostly serving their clientele from within communities affected by low income families, crime, and minor public spend, so it was a shock to be told today when I tried to order 1 piece of chicken, that Sam’s has a ‘2 piece minimum rule’. Kiss Mi Chicken Neck! The same community that help build this brand is now being told to DO ONE!! (Or 2 as the case may be). Sam’s actually wants to add obesity, poor diet and further financial hardship to families struggling as it is. I wanted to take my one piece of chicken home to mix in my salad and instead I ended up buying two pieces to come home to write this review and to officially lick my lips for the last time, and to give Sam’s Willesden, and the rest of their chain the 2 fingers (and not because they are finger licking good but because they are trying to suck the last penny out of the poor even after Covid has already crippled many in our community already). Cho!
